About Sarah

Sarah became a massage therapist after a series of life challenges, after which she decided to pursue a career that was more in line with her values and inherent skills. She is passionate about the healing process and believes that life is for learning, growing, and approaching greater wholeness.

She believes that massage therapy can create a greater connection with oneself, and that it can unite aspects of mind, body, and spirit. The grounding connection it creates can then ripple out into other areas of one’s life and others’ lives around them.

Sarah combines a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology with an intuitive sense and a framework of energetic processes. Sarah utilizes this energetic framework when offering reiki. She enjoys working with all types of people, and welcomes all types of sessions: from the problem-focused sports massage to holistic support for chronic conditions.

Sarah attended the Swedish Institute in NYC and is now pursuing a master’s degree in social work. She enjoys spending time in nature and meditation often.
